Biography:

Ms Romina Cippollini is currently working as a researcher at University College Cork under the supervision of Prof. Seamus O’Mahony. She is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering from Universidad Católica del Uruguay and a Masters in Food Science from University College Cork. Her work experience within the food industry includes quality control, product formulation, and food production.
