Orla Kelly (BBs) is the Marketing and Operations Officer, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the DPTC. Based in University of Limerick, she is also responsible for the marketing and promotion of the Centre. She has over thirty years’ experience working in the public sector holding positions of Business Development Executive and Regional Development Executive with Shannon Development. She has worked with industry, supporting start-ups through the management of an Innovation Centre. She has previously worked as Project and Programme Managemer for consultancy companies, working on EU FP7 programmes. Within UL, she has held positions as EU Grants Co-Ordinator with SFI Research Centre for Pharmaceuticals (SSPC), before being appointed to her current role as Marketing & Operations Officer with DPTC.
