Dr Sean Hogan, MSc, PhD, is a Research Officer in the Food Chemistry and Technology Dept. at Teagasc Food Research Centre, Moorepark. He has a PhD in Food Chemistry from University College Dublin and was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at UCC (2001-2006) before moving to Teagasc in 2007. He is Principal Investigator of RFA 1 for the DPTC.

Food chemistry, functionality and processing. Colloid science, surface chemistry, ingredient interactions, lipid technology, food structure, rheology, powder technology.
