Dr Kexin Zhang





Dr Kexin Zhang, originally from Beijing, China, is a very friendly person, a hard worker, a fast learner, and interested in new technologies. She has extensive experience in research planning, data analysis, academic writing, and presentation. She achieved a BEng in Pharmaceutical Engineering, an MSc in Food Engineering, and a PhD focused on plasma treatment and diagnostics, followed by experience in post-doctoral research in Process Analysis Technology (PAT) for dairy applications, with strong fundamental knowledge and experimental experience in both pharmaceutics, chemistry, microbiology, genetics and rheology.
