Dr Jiani Luo





Dr Jiani Luo is a Post-Doctoral Researcher in School of Biosystems and Food Engineering of University College Dublin. Her research is focused on process analytical technology for dairy processing, spectroscopy and chemometrics. Pursuing this research agenda, she worked closely with dairy industrial partners for her PhD project on development and validation of rheological process analytical technology tools for dairy processing. An intellectual property licensing on the milk coagulation prediction models has been developed and is being used by a commercial cheese manufacturer, resulting from this project.
