Dr Ahmed Hamed





Dr Hamed has completed his BSc in Dairy Science and Technology from Cairo University in 2005​. He completed his Masters degree in Dairy Science and Technology at Cairo University in 2011 during which he studied the levels of heavy metals and PCBs in milk and milk products.​ He has received his PhD in Dairy Chemistry from the University of Granada-Spain in 2017. ​

His research interests are in dairy science in different areas related to the production and evaluation of dairy products.
