DPTC Knowledge Day 2024

DPTC held its Annual Knowledge Day Event on 7th March at University of Limerick, where the theme focused on navigating the future challenges within dairy processing to achieve sustainable growth and foster innovation. The guest speakers brought expert opinions and insights that not only supported but also informed our research agenda.

Special thanks to our excellent panel chaired by Dr Miriam Ryan, Dairy Industry Ireland. Presentations were given by David Kennedy Bord Bia – The Irish Food Board, Martin Fleming Enterprise Ireland, Dr Noel McCarthy Teagasc, Prof. Paul Cotter Teagasc and Dr Bengt Eliasson Tetra Pak and Peter Howard Tetra Pak.
