Congratulations to Puneet Parmar – a DPTC Alumni based in Teagasc – who’s paper entitled “The effect of Compositional Changes due to Seasonal variation on Milk Density and the Determination of Season- Based Density Conversion factors for use in the Dairy industry” has been published in Foods Journal (impact factor 4.092), resulting from his DPTC work.
